Your room and included hours are reserved on submission. Eligible paid bookings 12+ hours ahead can confirm; other requests await GO’s approval. This does not charge you.

Prepare your sound ＋

Have your lyrics, instrumentals or stems, and a few reference tracks ready to share. Let GO know your goals, song count, and release date so the session can be scoped around your priorities.

Plan your photos & content ＋

Bring outfit ideas, visual references, and the platforms you’re creating for. Agree on your shot list, included edits, revision round, and delivery dates with GO before production.

Location, arrival & comfort ＋

Confirm the session address, parking, arrival instructions, and any guests with GO before traveling. Share any access needs or preferences when you request your session.

Need to change your session? ＋

Message GO as soon as your plans change. Your cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms are confirmed before you pay. A requested change takes effect once GO confirms it.

What happens after I book? ＋

Your time is held on our calendar as pending. GO confirms your scope, price, and any payment required, then marks the session confirmed. Your appointment status appears under My appointments.

Use this after GO has confirmed your date, time, scope, and amount. Choose the recording package GO approved. Enter your confirmed session reference on Stripe so we can match your payment.

Using your member discount? Ask GO for a member invoice at $65.50 per additional recording hour after your included hours are used. These standard package links do not apply the member rate. Discounts do not stack.

Full package payment

This is the full recording package amount, not a deposit. It does not include separate media or standalone mixing/mastering. If GO quoted tax, a deposit, or a different total, ask GO for a custom invoice instead.

Card and bank details are handled on Stripe. GO checks payment status and confirms your booking personally. For delayed payment methods, checkout completion alone does not mean funds have cleared.

Your privacy.
Online bookings save your name, contact details, session time, and project notes securely so the studio can manage your appointment. Only you and the studio administrator can access your appointment details.
If you use Talk to GO, you review and send the message yourself. Your messaging provider handles delivery. No card or bank details are collected on this page. If you choose to pay a confirmed session, Stripe collects and processes payment details on its own hosted checkout. Your confirmed session reference is collected there to reconcile your payment. Please do not include sensitive payment information in your message.
