Requests reserve the room and matching allowance. Eligible paid bookings 12+ hours ahead can confirm automatically. Short notice and other reviews stay pending. Mark confirmed sessions completed to record usage once; cancellation releases held hours. No calendar action charges a card.

Confirm production capacity, scope, and delivery dates with the artist first. Approval lasts seven days. Pro and Pro Max require consultation. Record the remaining policies before anyone pays.
Log time & delivery.
Complete booked sessions from the calendar. Use this form for other completed work in the current paid period. Rollover is used first. A session reference can only be logged once. Extra time beyond the balance requires a separate member invoice.
Studio B orientation & access.
Account review.
A refunded or disputed payment pauses benefits for review. Resolve the payment in Stripe before releasing a hold. Every change is recorded.
Billing connection.
Checkout remains unavailable until the secure connection and webhook are verified. No API keys are shown here.
